Dr. Valeed Khan has been involved in Diagnostic Pathology for more than a decade. He received his bachelor’s in Computational Biology Afterward he did his MS in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry from Quaid I Azam University where he worked on genetic disorders specifically neurological impairment. He earned a Doctorate in Human Molecular Genetics from Quaid I Azam University where he worked on inherited disorders like Intellectual Disability.
He Joined RMI where he started his professional career as a Scientific officer and established a Molecular Diagnostic setup which is accredited with ISO:15189. Here he performs the diagnosis of hematological malignancies and infectious diseases in compliance with ISO:15189 standards. He is dedicated and has an active enrollment to research in diagnostics and has several publications in high-impact factor journals.
